• Other healthcare providers cannot request your medical data electronically.
• If a new or different healthcare provider does need your medical data for your treatment, it must be provided in a different way. You can also inform the healthcare provider yourself.
• Even if you do not give permission, a healthcare provider will treat you as well as possible.
