The care area (also called a postal code area) is the geographic region around the general practice that, under normal circumstances, can be reached within 15 minutes, allowing the general practitioner to be on-site in an emergency. This timeframe is in accordance with the NHG guidelines.
The care area includes the postal codes: 1011-1012.
If you live outside our care area or if you move from it, we will refer you to a general practice near you.
If you are already registered with a general practice in this area, please contact us by phone first.
If you change your general practitioner, you must inform your previous practice of your departure and request that your file be forwarded to our practice.
We are required to verify your identity on your first visit to our practice and request that you bring valid identification.
